You mentioned Proton Bridge and that it works with Thunderbird. Is there a way to Pop my email and remove it from PM?  If not, could i sync with IMAP and then delete from PM? Will that delete my emails in Thunderbird?

Have you guys found a way to use a Mac or iPhone without creating an Apple user account? I don’t need to buy any apps.
